Hand-Me-Down with Meaning

So I need to get Lanny's birthday pictures, and then I'll be posting about his b-day celebration. I think it went well, but whether it did or not, he is now 10 can you believe it?!?

This is just a quick post. I want to give 100 bonus points to whoever can recognize this girl dress! I'll give you a hint, it was handmade thirteen years ago and didn't originally belong to my daughter, but doesn't she look pretty in it? What do you think? Anybody?
